Going global is the dream of every artist. In actualizing this dream, collaborations with other acts from different countries help a lot. And yes, when you get someone who is already there to endorse your craft, it gives you a larger audience with the awareness it creates.
Touch It has incredibly, done amazing things for Kidi.
Even though the Highlife star has a lot of hits such as Mon Bebe, Say Cheese and others, they all don’t come close to Touch It. Released about seven months ago, it has garnered over 15 million views on Youtube alone. It is a tune from the Golden Boy album.

Most of the time, when superstars groove to the music of others, music lovers anticipate a collaboration. Sometimes too, they see it as an endorsement of a fine piece of art or the act in general.
A similar circumstance is the Black Sherif and Burna Boy experience. Upon listening and admiring the former’s Second Sermon, the latter did a remix with him.
The multiple Grammy Award winner earned maximum respect from Ghanaians. They believed he just wanted to propel the fast-rising star onto higher grounds.
So, with Tyga admiring Kidi’s Touch It, people are speculating the two could get along and possibly collaborate.
